Steel Band Ankle Shackles

Stainless steel ankle shackles with rubber comfort backing. The ankle shackles are elliptical shaped for easier ankle fit and are 1.75 inch high. A polished stainless steel attaching chain and padlocks are included. The chain can be detached to use the cuffs in other configurations.
